THE ALPHA ADVANTAGE

The Alpha Advantage is an exclusive new program designed to elevate our competitive swimmers’ performance by refining their technique, power, and confidence in the water. The initiative features two key opportunities: Starts & Skills Sessions — small-group practices (free for competitive members) focused on improving starts, breakouts, and transitions, with only six swimmers per session for personalized coaching; and Private Lessons — one-on-one sessions for targeted skill development. These programs are open only to Alpha’s competitive swimmers; non-competitive swimmers may join by paying the $115 annual Swim Manitoba/Swim Canada competitive registration fee. The Alpha Advantage is all about helping swimmers gain that extra edge and achieve their full potential.
